Artist at Work

Christmas Day 2000 -- by afternoon, everyone was puttering around the house doing their own thing, so I broke out the watercolors and painted my Mom's giant Red Amaryllis. The good news was that the painting sold...but I didn't have it photographed, so there aren't any prints. On New Years Day 2001, I painted my own Pink Amaryllis--which I have hanging in my house under my Mom's watercolor of the same subject matter.
